Amministrazione di sostegno

The Firm assists in preparing and managing applications for amministrazione di sostegno — the Italian measure through which a court appoints an administrator to support a vulnerable adult — and with the steps connected to the protection of the beneficiary and of their assets. It has also gained direct experience through appointments as amministratore di sostegno.

The work covers:

• preparation of the application
• applications to the Giudice Tutelare (the guardianship judge)
• requests for authorisation for extraordinary acts of administration
• management of the financial aspects
• dealings with family members
• dealings with public bodies
• liaison with healthcare and care facilities
